I'm done with meandering in spring. In prior years, we would drive 200 miles and park for a week, just to kill time until it warmed up enough up north. The idea was to pace ourselves and establish routine, but I am finding that sprinting to warmer places I want to be, and stay there much longer is proving to be a whole lot better for both routine and travel burnout.
